Mentoring consists of:

One-to-one sessions. For academic and personal development

Transitioning:
o One-to-group sessions. For first academic term. Breaking ice, build
new connections, and adapting to college life experience.
o Internship and residency.
Learning consists of:

Study groups. With specific schedule built from week 1 covering college
materials.
Mock PBL sessions. With more relevant cases (or actual patients).

Acquiring best resources (e-books).

Tutoring consists of:

Extra lectures on lacking knowledge.

o Radiology, Pharmacology, Pathology, and Microbiology.
Extra practical sessions
o Ultrasound, suturing, wound care, calculating drip, blood extraction,
and burn care.
Mock OSCE stations
