Game type: Memory


Linguistic Objective: Vocabulary acquisition
Activity Type: Practice, review or ending
Time: 15 a 20 minutes
Game Skills: Comprehension, identify and oral expression
Materials: Vocabulary pictures
Steps:
1. Place 1 student at the front of the board.
2. Place 2 other students on the contrary side.
3. The teacher put a few pictures on the floor of the vocabulary that
we are studying at the moment.
4. The student in front of the board has too watch the pictures on the
floor, and ask one of the students in the other side of room to pick
it up pronouncing the word. Example: Give me the eyes!
5. The first student who knows which are the picture with the eyes,
run to pick up the picture, and bring it to the student at the front.
6. The student with more pictures picked is the winner.
7. The game could be played by two groups also.
