Signs of Life

FCCers will be back on the field for their 2nd

season of softball (see Josh Beneker for
details). And the Youth SOS weekend is coming
up quickly in June (see Pastor Efrim Johnson if
youd like to volunteer).

Spring is here and there are signs of life all

over. We have just come through another Holy
Week, this year adding a Passover Seder to our
observances. It was a great time of
learning for all who participated and the
kids are still asking questions.
It has also been a season of passing as
a number of deaths have occurred. While
we paused to remember the cross on
Good Friday, our hope is now in the
resurrection that we celebrated on Easter.
There is a time to be born and a time to
die, lets make the most of the time in
between.

Global Teams Mission Organization

The first week of May FCC will be hosting leaders from a mission
organization that works among the least-reached nations.
Various FCCers will be providing a bedroom, others will be
donating a meal or helping to serve, and still others will help
with transportation. On Sunday May 3rd we will hear from the
International Director and on Wednesday May 5th the team will
join FCC at the Community Meal. I encourage you to make it a
priority to participate and have your heart expanded for those
who have had little opportunity to hear the Gospel. If youd still
like to like to help, see Shannon Runnels, one of the FCC Mission
Committee members. Please pray that these will be fruitful times
for the leaders and that they will feel very welcomed here.
