monitoring the building custodial program.; operating, cleaning, adjusting and repairing all
mechanical equipment necessary to provide adequate heat and ventilation; performing electrical
work; performing plumbing work; cleaning and painting of walls, floors, boilers, piping and all
other mechanical equipment; cleaning, mopping, scrubbing, sealing and finishing various types of
floors; cleaning, dusting and polishing of all types of futnitute, fixtures and equipm.ent;
