appropriate strategies, ability to lead the class, professionalism, attitudes, and demeanor throughout
the period of observation:
Audrie is one of my top performing student teachers out of 25 this year. She is a natural educator. She
teaches with passion and enthusiasm as well as a very nurturing ethos of care for her students. This
enthusiasm helps to keep her students highly engaged in learning. I did not observe any student behavioral
issues during my observations. Her lessons are student-centered and appropriately aligned with standards.
She has maintained a positive outlook on her own professional development throughout her student teaching
Internship. She is ready to lead her own class and is on her way to being a master teacher. She will be an
asset to the school division that hires her.
