A new telecom division, which was hitherto unexplored, was established under my
stewardship, which has added much to the top line growth in the financial year
under consideration.
A significant cost reduction was carried out by a team under my direct delegation
and also by satisfying the gross limitations of time.
In the area of human resource effectiveness, a training has been imparted on my
team to reduce the fault per part and increase productivity and efficiency levels.

An old adage goes as :There is always a scope for improvement . True to that,
inspite of a congenial ecosystem existing there are quite a few barriers which need
immediate attention. Prominent among this is the barriers that exist in
communication that impede the free cross functional flow of information across
departments.
Further, there seems to be an element of abstractness with regards to the
organizational aims and the deliverables expected from an individual. It will do
good, if the deliverables were clearly linked to the goals of organization.
At last there needs to be a degree of transparency in the organization with each
process and tangible outcomes clearly documented. This, I believe, will make the
organization process centric rather than people centric.

I believe I bring with me a huge sense of positivity and sense of ownership and
belongingness to the whole team I work with. Also my sincere hardwork rubs on
others getting them to push abobe their limits too.
