High School Spanish Teacher, Riverton C.U.S.D.
Taught multiple levels of Spanish 1-4.
Developed and executed curriculum for multiple
levels of Spanish language. Developed multi-faceted
curriculum which included Communicative
Learning, Linguistic aspect of Foreign Language,
Conversation, Writing, Film study, and Literature
study
Collaborated with school PBIS (Positive Behavioral
Intervention System) team. While working as the
only Foreign Language teacher I have
demonstrated my commitment to the well being of
the school as a whole. My participation in
collaborative teams such as PBIS has been
Sponsored school Spanish Club in order to enhance
student knowledge and awareness of Hispanic
culture. Spanish club has allowed me to give
students more opportunities to learn and practice
through travel to Chicago to experience firsthand
the Hispanic culture here in Illinois.
