Write a paragraph on each of the following:


1. What did you learn about lifelong wellness from taking this activity class?
I learned that exercise will help with maintaining a mental and physical well being
that will help with many thing such as lower back pain, stress, diseases, mental
health and physical health over all along with many other benefits to our lives.

2. How would you apply this information to your life?


I will apply many things I have learned from the course on how to keep a physical
and mental well being from my BMI to my heart rate to keep my body at it best
physical and mental well being that I know I can achive with dedication to healty
eating and exercise daily.

3. What is your intention to continue to exercise in your life and why?


To keep a goals chart on what I want to accomplish with my mental and physical
well being to stay motivated too keep a healty life style, that requires a lot of
dedication and self discipline to not fall into old ways of eating unhealthy and
being lazy.

4. General ideas for improving this course?


The course was great and easy to follow as the semester moved along with
consistent emails and reminders from our professor to inform us on what due
next and to keep us motivated.
