We, the BS in Computer Engineering students of AMA Computer College Olongapo, are
currently taking up the course Introduction to Software Engineering. Our class has been tasked to
conceptualize and design an information system specifically intended for a certain organization
presumed to need one, as our final course requirement.
In line with this, we are eager to conduct an in-depth study on your existing Marketing and
Services to make it an automated one entitled Optic Axis Online Sales and Marketing Furthermore,
we would like to seek permission from your good office to: conduct an interview with your concerned
personnel, administer questionnaires, take a picture of the available equipment and peripherals in your
office, make an on-site visit to your office, necessary to gather information relevant to our study.
