Dear Mr. Groendyke:

Thank you for allowing me the opportunities to work with you during the second
semester of this school year. I really appreciate the time that you took to assist me in my
educational endeavors. I found it very easy to talk to you. I am very grateful that you were
willing to take time out of your schedule to work with me in this capacity. Please share my
thankfulness with you staff as well. They were very kind and open to me while I was in your
building. I learned many things while observing you and your staff that I will be able to
implement when I become an administrator.

My experience with you has shown me the excellent opportunities that persons in this
position have to positively influence the lives of young people. I look forward to pursuing a
position similar to this in the very near future and to have this opportunity to positively change
students for the better.
