Chicken khausa

Ingredients
o Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
o Onion 1 large,blended
o Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
o Coconut milk powder 3 tbsp
o Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
o Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
o Red Chilli powder 3 tsp
o Salt 1-1/2 tsp
o Oil 1/2 cup
o Spaghetti 1/2 packet,boiled
To serve with/garnishing ingridients :
o Brown onion as required
o Coriander leaves as reruired
o Garlic 2 tbsp , fried
o Green chilli chopped as required
o Lemon 2 slices
o Spaghetti fried as required
o Crushed red pepper as required
o Boiled eggs 2 chopped
For curry:
o onion 2tbs chopped
o Ginger,garlic paste 1 tsp
o Turmeric 1/2 tsp
o Roasted gram flour 6 tbsp mixed with 1cup of water
o Red Chilli powder 1-1/2 tsp
o Salt
o Coconut milk powder 1/2 cup mixed with 1 cup of water

Heat oil, stir-fry onion for 5 minutes.


Then add ginger, garlic paste and all spices fry little more.
Now add chicken and cook covered for 10 minutes.
Then add coconut milk.
Cooked the chicken till tenderers and the gravy.
For servings take a bowl put in boiled spaghetti.
Then add chicken curry on boiled spaghetti and sprinkle all garnishing ingredients one by
one.
8. Serve with hot and crispy French fries.

10. Heat oil and fry onion till golden brown.
11. Then add ginger, garlic paste and all ingredients stir fry well.
12. Now add coconut milk powder and 1 cup water cooked well.
13. In last add paste of roasted gram and cooked till curry in thick form.
