March of the Scaffold
For my extra credit I decided to draw four men marching in
uniform to explain how I interpret the song March of the Scaffold.
Obviously from the title, people are marching in my drawing. Two men
are in blue and two men are in red. I thought that changing up the
colors would demonstrate the slow marchers and the fast paced
marchers. Throughout the song, the pace goes back and forth between
fast and slow and I somehow wanted to interpret that into my drawing.
When I listen to the song, I picture and army of men marching and
when the pace picks up, I picture them moving faster. When the pace
of the song slows down, I picture them marching slower. The green
grass in the background of my drawing shows that the marchers are
outside. I feel like this song would be played during the time of a war.
