Objective: As a child care teacher I help create an environment that keeps the children safe and also for
a fun learning environment. I also create lesson plans for the children through observations,
assessments, and open-ended questions. Also through observing and assessing the children it gives an
opportunity to individualize activities for the children in their different developmental differences. I will also
use positive guidance techniques with the children.
