Objective
To further the vision of Triad Fitness as a Personal Trainer. I have always had a love for helping people in
whatever form was needed. I believe that the way that Triad fitness helps people is easily one of the most
important in the world, founding and implementing healthy living habits in the lives of its clients. I want to
be a part of that team that makes a difference.

Skills

Certified for CPR and AED for the Professional Rescuer level.

Certified for First Aid and Minor Trauma for the Professional Rescuer level.

Certified Personal Trainer through NASM.

Variety of other skills in general labor, as a lifelong handyman and mechanic...just in case you happen
to need any bolts tightened or motors fixed.

Education
NASM Certified Personal Trainer
On June 19th, 2013 I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I received the educational portion of this
certification through Azusa Pacific University; it was a full semester of learning how to train anyone using
the NASM system.

Exercise Science. I am on track to finish in the next two years.
High School

Experience
Waiter/sales

6/01/13 - Present

After my Freshman year of college was completed, I began a summer job as a busboy at a local
restaurant in Solvang. Within a week I was promoted to Host because of my ability to interact with
customers in a positive way. It was because of my people skills that I was then promoted to Waiter within
a month of being hired. My supervisor was the owner of the restaurant and is available to contact if there
are any questions.

Caregiver

6/01/12 9/01/12

In June of 2012 I had a job as a caregiver for my great grandmother. I worked with other caregivers on a
rotation. I had many duties to perform including scheduling when medicine should be taken, basic first
aid, general assistance, housecleaning, and meal preparation. In many cases I was required to balance
the social element of the grandson/grandma relationship with the clinical responsibility of a caregiver.
