Business Plan
Carried out in-depth marketing research, operations planning, information systems organization, and
financial analysis in the creation of a new product, "Noggin-Lock culminating in an exhaustive business plan.
Marketing research included the use of customer surveys and analysis of collected data to create a
five-year intensive promotional calendar including campaigns and events, as well as the calculation of
projected sales, purchase intent, all commodity volume, segmentation, target markets, and the use
of the BASES model; all calculations were done for base, optimistic, and pessimistic cases.
