CAVA Middle School Work Sample Rubric

Students in 6th through 8th grade will earn grades on each of their work samples that are turned into the teacher. Grades will be assigned
based on the following rubric and incorporated into overall report card grades each semester. ** Please note, all samples must be neat, clean and
organized. The papers must be an appropriate size (notebook paper no small than 8.5 X 10), no fringe, no tears and free from and stains, food debris, and
extra markings. There will be an automatic 1 point deduction for any of the criteria listed.
