a. Mismanagement of time i. Unable to focus early in the week ii. Unable to focus on Saturdays iii. Only become fully awake when its Sunday iv. Fall asleep at 12 and wake up at 6am, too late for review v. Unable to start 2nd read immediately b. Manner of reading transes i. My first reading has become time consuming 1. To the point that I only finish first read Sunday night ii. Knowing that repetition is my main strength and not being able to do a second read iii. Using red ball pen only c. I still dont know how I can participate better during lectures i. So far Ive tried listening to all lectures ~ energy consuming ii. Typing down my notes word per word based on the lecturer iii. Skipping class ~ completely have no idea about the lesson iv. Sleeping when tired ~ as good as skipping class d. Listening to feedback and recording scores i. I take note of the amount of mistake I make and just forget what I do know e. Waking up early to study i. Broken body clock, I cant adjust properly, tend to get headaches and sore throat. And fall asleep at the wrong time when I reach home f. Watching TV/ Facebook etc and eating snack i. I get carried away and lose track of time. g. Reading old transes and books h. Not being overly concerned of my trans role 3. Things that I am doing that Im not sure of the effects yet. a. Crossfit in the evening b. Reading transes when im not in the mood c. Reading other references
d. Going out in the middle of the week/Saturdays
e. Studying until really late of Saturday evening (3am)
