CONCLUSION

To have an understanding of the real time business environment every student of BBA (honors)
has to undergo an internship program of minimum six weeks. I selected Allied bank limited,
Gulbahar branch, Peshawar for this purpose. This internship program provided me an
opportunity to see practical application of professional and academic studies. In this report a
complete review and analysis of the organization was performed that revealed remarkable
findings. It is evident from this report and the financial statement analysis of Allied bank that it is
making progress. The profits of Allied bank have grown considerably during the last few years
and this trend is expected to continue into the future. Therefore, I conclude that Allied bank
limited has a very prosperous present and future. Side by side of it I think that if the bank would
be able to cover and control on the mentioned recommendations then it would be in better state
leading it towards the road of prosperity, growth and development.
