ORDER
After considering the application for bail and the opposition thereto,
and, on the basis of the complaint at bar, the sworn statements of Almarie
Repors and Eunicee Lyniedee Suico, and other pertinent documentary
evidence attached in the said complaint which all constitute the essential
evidence (so far) of the prosecution in this case, this Court finds that the
prosecution failed to establish the strong guilt of herein accused.
Wherefore, this Court hereby resolves to GRANT the application for
bail presented by Atty. Pearl Angeli Q. Canada and to this end hereby fixes
the bailbond for the accused Ramon Rodriguez, Lyndon Evans P. Monday
and Michaelo Florentino at P150,000.00 each.
SO ORDERED.
