I created this collage to represent the freedom, or lack thereof, of religion.

Russia has
been known to be a country who has history of not allowing religious freedom. Some of
the acts of not allowing religious freedom is detaining Jehovahs Witnesses and
adherents of the Islamic theologian Said Nursi and charging them with extremism.
There has also been evidence of anti-Muslim sentiment and discrimination in Russia, as
well as an increase in anti-Semitism. These different religions are being persecuted and
people following religions other than the Russian Orthodox religion and theyre being
charged with extra fines and jail time.
