On Friday, April 10, 2015, Precinct 3 officers responded to 4573 Bullard St. regarding a
shooting. Upon arrival it was learned that a subject identified as Antonio Stapleton suffered a
gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced deceased on scene.
During the course of the investigation it was learned that the victim entered the business and
upon returning to his vehicle, he observed an unidentified black male subject attempting to steal
his vehicle. The victim approached the suspect and chased him towards a black in color Chevy
SUV. Upon the suspect gaining entry into the SUV, the driver of the SUV displayed a weapon
and shot the victim as they departed the scene.
Robbery/Homicide Detectives conducted an investigation and identified the driver and the
alleged shooter in this incident as Andra Willie Robinson.
On Tuesday, May 12, 2015, Andra Willie Robinson was arrested on unrelated charges.
Additionally, he was later charged with Capitol Murder regarding this investigation.
Detectives are still in need of the publics assistance with locating a subject identified as Jason
Jones. He is currently wanted for questioning in this investigation. Anyone with any information
