More attention to substantive provisions of the Insurance Code as against the purely administrative and organizational provisions. 2. Topical instead of sequential treatment of provisions of the Insurance Code Students may consult (a) Insurance by Prof. Emeritus Ma. Clara L. Campos (1983) the format of which book inspired this course outline; (b) Insurance Code of the Philippines by Hector de Leon (2006 edition).
