AFFIDAVIT
I, ZANDO MANALO, of legal age, Filipino, single, a resident of
Camp Allen, Baguio City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, hereby depose and state that:
1. That at the month of September, me and Christy Reyes celebrated
our first month being a couple;
2. That she had given me a heart shaped pillow which is a token of her
love for me;
3 That I also gave her chocolates as a token of my love for her;
4. That I have taken pictures of such gifts since those are the first gifts
that we have given to each other as a couple;
5. That I am the one who had taken the photographs of such gifts;
6. That such photographs had never been edited nor tampered with by
any other means;
7. That I have kept such photographs to remind me of a very special
day because it was the first month of our relationship;
8. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the
foregoing and for all legal intents and purposes.
