CONNECTION BETWEEN
MUSCULAR, SKELETAL

SYSTEMS

Connection Between Skeletal

System and Nervous System
* The skeletal system makes up the skeleton of

the body and allows us to move when our

muscles contract.
* The bones stores minerals and releases them
into the body when they are needed.
* The bones protects the organs and produces
blood cells.
* Bones provides calcium that is needed for the
proper on the go of the nervous system.

*The skull protects the brain

from sickness.
*The spines protect the spinal
cord from injury.
*Sensory Receptors (in the skin
or viscera or eye or ear or nose
or mouth) that respond to
stimulation in joints between
bones send signals about body
position to the brain.

*The brain regulate the position of bones by

controlling muscles.
*The brain send to the nervous system a
signal then the skeletal system can move
*Cerebellum is one part of your brain that
what give a signal to our muscle and
skeleton

Connection Between Muscular

System and Nervous System
* Different types of muscles allow movement.
* Produce heat to maintain body temperature.
* The smooth muscle move food through digestive
area and contract the heart.
* Receptors in muscles give the brain with
information about body position.
* The brain controls the contraction of skeletal
muscle.

*The nervous system regulates

the speed at which food moves

through the digestive area.
*The brain send to the nervous
system a signal then the skeletal
system can move
*Cerebellum is one part of your
brain that what give a signal to
our muscle and skeleton

Connection Between Skeletal

System, Muscular and
Digestive System
1. Skeletal

System and Digestive System

*Skeletal system and digestive system
protects mouth, esophagus, stomach,
liver, pancreas, and gall bladder.
*For the discovery, the skeletal system
is the bodys framework.

*It works by the skeletal system maintains attitude

and provides an fix for the muscles of the body,
allowing for movement. The digestive system
manage digestion and begins the spreading of
nutrients.

2. Muscular System and Digestive System

*The smooth muscle found on the esophagus,
stomach, small and large intestine, and rectum.
*Muscular system and digestive system take in food
and take out from it the macro and
gastrointestinal area, which begins at the mouth
and end at the anus.

Connection Between Skeletal

System, Muscular and
Respiratory System
1. Skeletal System and Respiratory System
* The skeletal system provides a supporting
framework for the respiratory system.
* The lungs consist of soft tissues. If punctured, they
could easily fail.
* The skeletal system contains 24 bones to protect
the lungs and heart.

2. Muscular System and Respiratory System

*If a person is sprint, for example, more oxygen

and energy is needed than if that same person is

sleeping. The body acquire many of these
nutrients through the respiratory systems
actions.

*If there is an increase in need for nutrients, a

feedback ring eventually causes an increase in

respiratory rate proper for the need.

Causes of Bone Fracture

*Shocking incidents such

as sporting injuries,
cars accident and falls.

*Conditions such as

osteoporosis and some

types of cancer that
cause that bones to
fracture more easily,
meaning even small
shock and falls can
become serious.

Effect of Bone Fracture

A bone fracture can be result of =

*High force impact
*Stress
*Mineral shock injury {as a result of certain
medical conditions that weaken bones}

Treatment of Bone Fracture

*The broken pieces must be put back into position and
prevented from moving out of place until they are
healed.
*Beside the area to prevent movement; wrap the
secure to the area using gauze.
*Relate force to stop bleeding
before splinting, then raise
the fracture.

Ways to Prevent of Bone

Fracture
* Exercise to improve balance and strength
* Wear the right equipment when doing physical

activities
* Make sure your home is safe from hazards that
can cause falls
* Keep your weight in a healthy choice
* Stay in good physical body shape because
exercise increases muscle strength and
response speed
