Biography of Dicky Halim
Dicky Halim is my friend in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of
Engineering, Hasanuddin University. He was
born on 23 May 1997 in Makassar, South
Sulawesi. He is the eldest son of the couple,
Mr. Edy and Mrs. Kelly. He has a younger
sister. He lived on Jl.Tinumbu No.256,
Makassar, South Sulawesi. He is Buddhist just
like me. He was a diligent and smart student in
the class. He was always on time came to the
campus and always to follow the lessons
seriously. He very good at most of the subjects
especially Mathematics. But he will began lazy
to follow the lesson if he considers it a boring
lesson. He loves reading, especially reading
comics or manga. He is also one of the anime
fans like me. He often spent his free time on
campus to read a book or watch anime.
In 2003, at the age of 6 years, Dicky entered Malam Kudus elementary school and
graduated in 2009. Then, he continued his schooling at Rajawali Catholic Junior High
School. In Junior High School, he participate in Mathematics traning but he was not
follow it seriously. He also follows the Acceleration program, so he can graduated from
Junior High School in 2 years. He graduated in 2011. In 2011, he continued his
education in Rajawali Chatolic Senior High School. In Senior High School, He became
lazy. He seldom came to school. He just came if he want to collect his homework and

when he has a test. During in the Senior High School, he actives in Robotics and
Mathematics training every Friday at school. He also often participate in various
competitions such as High School chess competition, Cooking Competition and
Mathematics Olympiad. He ever got 1st place in the cooking competition in his school.
In the end, he could graduated in 2014. After graduating from senior high school, he
decided continued to the university level. At first he failed to enter university in
SNMPTN. Then he tried to follow the SBMPTN Test and could passed the test and be
accepted at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering,
Hasanuddin University
