The present of heavy metal in our environment causes by natural an human

activities. The industrial effluent is one of the main causes or sources of the
heavy metal in river(A.A. Idriss,& A.K. Ahmad,2013).Moreover the human
activities is the other sources of the heavy metal concentration like the
activities of the agriculture industry, solid waste, soil , air and fish (Husam
Malassa,Mutaz Al Qutob, Mahmoud Al khatib ,Fuad Al Rimawi ,2013 ) . In
addition, for the long period of time the molecules of heavy metal could not
exist in soluble form in waters ; but they are present as fixed or suspended
solids by organic and mineral substances (kabata Pendias & Pendias ,2001).
Besides, sometimes the heavy metal was been dumping up to the Malaysia
and it is does not care about the legal or illegal method(IDRISS,A.A.*,&
AHMAD, A.K.,2013). Furthermore, the land surface runoff ,precipitation and
factory waste outlet point discharge was the catalyst for immersion of the
heavy metal into the river and the plankton ,benthos or fish will taken up
from retain of anthropogenic metals(Ahmad et al., 2009). Other than that
the heavy metal that contribute to the environment is natural by the
volcanic activity and weathering (Forstner & Withmann,1981;Salomons &
Forstner,1984).Like the large quantities of heavy metal at the atmosphere
was contribute from the wind blown dust.( Ayling & Bloom, !976 ; Bloom &
Ayling , 1977).The heavy metal also can be contributed by the soil pollution
from the fertilizers and pesticides to get rid crop of pest. (M.A. OLADE ,1987)
