Professional Growth Plan

Using the PACE Academy School Improvement Plan, Identify two student growth
improvement goals.
Goal # 1: All PACE Academy students will be Proficient in mathematics.

Goal # 2: All PACE Academy students will be proficient in Social Studies.

What will success of these goals look like? How will you know when you have
achieved them? What would count as evidence of success? All students will be
guaranteed cross curriculum base of geography. Use daily assessments to
analyze students understanding of concept. Differentiating instruction to increase
students understanding about composers, artists, sporting events, famous
Spanish people, and entrepreneurs. Students will demonstrate knowledge of 3 D
shapes at the Math night. Entrepreneurs will demonstrate knowledge of
economics at the Junior Achievement Spring Sale. Student attending Social
Studies night with different projects. Different art work will be sold and Fine Arts
night programs. Spanish authors will be introduced in class with assignments.

Describe the activates you will use to progress towards these goals. Be certain to
include on-going cross-content activates. Indicate the timelines and coordinator for
each activity.
