Incident:
Mr Michael Rowe, working alone on the roof of a house, was
seen to collapse. Brighton Fire Brigade, using a 10.5 metre ladder, helped
ambulancemen to bring him down.

Other Information
Mr Rowe, a self-employed roofing contractor was aged 58 and lived at 16
Rhodes Walk, Brighton. Found to be dead on arrival at St Marys Hospital,
Brighton. Police said he had been off work recently because of illness.
