What is the origin of Aphrodite?

There are two legends of Aphrodite's birth. The first one
states how she was the daughter of Zeus and Dione. Zeus

Titan goddess. The second one states
that Aphrodite came out of the sea with
Uranus mutilated parts, this occurred after
Cronus castrated his father.

Aphrodites Love Story

Zeus Aphrodites father knew how beautiful and precious his daughter was. Aphrodite made gods try
to kill each other to have the honor to marry her but Zeus decided to marry her with Hephaestus, his
son. This was the best news for him, having the honor to marry the goddess of beauty and sexuality it
was pretty good. But Aphrodite wasnt so lucky, Hephaestus wasnt the most attractive men. He was a
good husband, he bought her jewelery and always made her feel the most beautiful goddess.
Aphrodite wasnt happy, she had numerous affair with different gods, such as; Ares, Hermes,
Poseidon, Dionysus, and (the mortal) Adonis.
Aphrodites purpose and duty was to bring love to the world. She was considered kind, smart and even
generous, even though many women were jealous of her success with men they would never try to
hurt her. Many of her affairs were accepted by Hephaestus but they still brought conflict to the
marriage.
All Olympia knew about her most famous affair, her affair with Ares. Hephaestus was furious about
this affair but he knew he wasnt going to be able to put a punishment on the god of war so he learned
to live with it.
