Market Insights Report
Drivers for change: strengthening the role of valuation professionals in market transition

You are cordially invited to the launch of the RenoValue Market Insights Report. The report brings
together the perspectives of over over 150 valuation professionals from across 7 European markets: Belgium,
Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden and the UK. The research focuses mainly on
assessing the current barriers faced by valuation professionals wanting to factor in energy
efficiency and other sustainability related aspects.
The findings of the report will form the basis of training material for property valuation
professionals on how to factor sustainability into real estate daily valuation practices.

including representatives from the following organizations: Caisse des Dpts, Cushman &
Wakefield, Hermes Real Estate, European Group of Valuers Associations (TEGoVA), United
Nations Environment Programmes Suistanable Buildings and Climate Initiative (UNEP-SBCI),
World Green Building Council.
