Dear Mr. Rich,
It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation in support of Brooke Cole for
the position of Assistant Principal at Noblesville East Middle School. Brooke currently holds the
position as World Language/Wellness department chair at Creekside. She is an outstanding
educator and an excellent candidate for the Assistant Principal position.
Brooke possesses all the qualities necessary to be an excellent assistant principal. She leads with
the maturity, integrity, and wisdom that I have seldom witnessed in other leaders. She truly
cares for all children and staff, yet she has a unique way of holding all to firm and fair
expectations.
Brooke has used these qualities while working with staff, students, and parents in her various
leadership roles. While her greatest strength lies in her expertise in curriculum and instruction,
she is able to see the big picture and understands how all facets must work together to bring
about success to all students. She is an outstanding evaluator and mentor to teachers, working
tirelessly to help all teachers become their best. Her outstanding interpersonal skills are one of
the keys to her success as a teacher/leader.
There is no doubt that Brooke is an outstanding administrator. She is a true professional who
will be able to assist in leading an entire school community to success.
