    The ambiguous question that was asked in the block assesment of block 9
    of grade 4, social.The question was "which place would be colder?" options
    being Nainital and Joshimath.
    According to the 'coldness increases with the altitude' i.e the higher place
    would be colder theory,Nanital must be colder as it is located at an altitude
    of 2,084 metres (6,837 ft) above sea level where as Joshimath is located at
    a height of 6150 feet.So,Nainital must be colder.
    So,the answer to the question can be joshimath will be colder as it is
    located to the north of the Himalayan range or it is closer to the Himalayas.
