A FORMAL LETTER

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My name is Alba and I am writing with regard to Erasmus grant for the
academic year 2015- 2016. I am studying second year and I am very
interested in apply for the grant next year.
I would like to receive all the information about this grant. I need to know
which countries I could live and how much money would give me the State. I
prefer go to a northern country or any English speaking country due to I
want to improve my English skill.
Could you tell me how long I can be there? It is necessary to look for flat. I
was wondering if some English student could help me to looking for flat and
teach me the university.
I look forward to hearing from you in the near future. I am confused about
the academic information. I have a high grade point average less in English.
Would this be a problem?
