I have not received enough information regarding this case to respond properly. I maintain that I have never knowingly posted false information concerning this company. Odyssey Marine Exploration (OME) is a company that has been and still remains, under close scrutiny for their present and past business dealings. Please see attached article and court filings concerning the Kingdom of Spain vs. OME. Please note the press release by the Washington Bureau of Cox Newspapers also attached. I can submit more examples of the public record. ‘The Federal Bureau of Investigation is presently investigating a complaint filed by me, regarding the threats and actions of person(s) whose knowledge of this lawsuit prior to my own strongly suggests their employment by the Plaintiff. May it further please the Court, I consider this case spurious, as the accusations are not supported by documentation, but if I must, I will endeavor to locate an attorney in Florida 10 plead my case.
