To the Members of the Board:

Just today, October 27, 2014, I received a letter from Michael Daniel saying
that I need to separate my two cats and I writing this letter to plead with you
to make an exception and not let them separate my cats based on this
exceptional situation which I will describe.
Four years ago, with the approval of management, I received two kittens,
Murka and Kiska; Murka is the aunt of Kiska and Kiska is her niece. I got
them when they were only a few weeks old and they have been together
since Kiska was born (which was three months after Murka) and have been
inseparable ever since. They sleep together and play together and groom
each other and love each other. I would have not gotten those cats or any
cats in that case if the management hadnt allowed me to have these cats
four years ago. It would be devastating and cruel and inhumane to separate
the cats who have been allowed to be together for four years since they were
kittens. I beg you to empathize with me but also and especially with the cats
and make an exception for this exceptional situation and not let them
separate my cats.
Thank you,
Philip Kostov, apt # 1102.
