teacher assistance.
Children match pictures representing at least four occurrences in different seasons with proper
seasons with minimal teacher assistance
Children groups fruits according to their seasons at least two trials without any assistance
Children groups clothes their seasons at least two trials without any assistance

Watching a cartoon that is about seasons and presenting characteristics of each season through a
presentation. In presentation, when teacher explains seasons s/he asks questions about them and
listen their predictions.
Matching pictures representing what occurs in different seasons with proper seasons by using concept
map, and drawing proper pictures over the printed blanked concept map distributed by teacher
around the proper season.
Classifying fruits by using poster and then pictures of different fruits from different seasons are
classified and according to their seasons and then they are sticked on a big construction paper as
groups.
Classifying clothes with colors like classifying winter clothes under the blue color and classifying
summer clothes under the red.

Summary
Children reinforce their existence knowledge about seasons and they learn and extend their knowledge about
seasons through activities. Also, they become competent enough to observe and realize changes between
seasons.
