Jerry Irwin Biography

Jerry Irwin brings in 15 years of experience in the retail property management field to Miracle Mile
Shops. Irwin is responsible for overseeing the centers operations, design, development,
management and construction as well its continued growth and success.

Prior to joining Miracle Mile Shops, Irwin was the Senior General Manager of the 1.9 million
square foot Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas. While there, he opened the first Topshop on the
West Coast, led a team responsible for opening a 100,000 square foot Macys Men store and
oversaw numerous high profile events including fashion shows, celebrity appearances and
corporate and charity events.

Throughout his esteemed career, he has served as Vice President/Group Director of General
Growth Properties in Portland, OR, Senior General Manager of Pioneer Place in Portland, OR,
General Manager of Galleria at Tyler in Riverside, CA and General Manager of Spokane Valley
Mall in Spokane, WA.

Irwin received his both his Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration and MBA from Eastern
Washington University.
