    visualcomponentsofthispiece.Itisasiftheyweremadeforeachotherandtheeditor
    sawthatandcapturedit.Itisathoughtfulandprovocativepieceofcommunicationthat
    givesawarningtofuturegenerations.
    Thepictureofawomanlookingblanklyintospacegivesamonotonousfeelto
    theimage.Thefactthatshehasnoblemishesandseemstohaveperfectlyplacedhair
    makesherseemlesshumanandmore'mechanical'thanisnormal.Hereyesseemtobe
    staringatnothingandhermanikinlikeappearancemakesthepicturedisturbingtolook
    at.Finally,thewomanhasnovisibleclothingonherallowingtheaudiencetodisconnect
    emotionandotherhumanattributestoherandjustseeherasanobject.
    Thefirsttwowordsofthequote,Weareareveryimpacting.Thesewords
    implythatthereisahigherforcethathasmadethedecisiontostartmakingemotionless,
    robotichumanswhowillhavenoindividuality.Thequoteasawholealsodisconnects
    somehumans(thoseinthe"we")frombecomingeffectedbythisroboticmovementand
    itmakesitseemasifthesepeopleareincontrol.Theideaofuslearningmorefrom
    machinesmeansthatwewouldallbelearningthesamething.Thiswouldpotentially

    takeawayourpersonalitiesandbringaboutanunhealthyconformitytothenew
    generationitisreferringto.
    Combiningthesevisualandliterarycomponentsworksreallywell.Thequoteis
    talkingaboutarobotichumanwhoistaughtthesamethingsaseveryoneelseleaving
    themwithoutthediversenessallofourdifferentpathshavecreatedustohave.Youthen
    pairthatquotewithapictureofamanikinlikewomanwhoseemslackinginany
    uniquenessandpersonality.Itworksperfectly!!Sheseemsnakedbutdoesn'tappear
    ashamed.Sheseemsboredandemotionlessbutdoesntseemtoknowiteither.Herface
    andhairseemtooperfectasifshehasbeenbredjusttobeusedandnottolive.Thatis
    thewaythispictureandquotegohandinhandtoportrayawarningtothenext
    generation.

    Interestingly,thebiggestdictatorialempirestrytotakeawaytheirpeoples

    uniquenessandbringthemintoastateofcompleteandutterunity.Justlookatpicturesof
    theNorthKoreanarmyoranyNorthKoreanpublicimage,theyalllookthesameand
    mostofthetime,emotionless.ThesamethinghappenedunderHitlersreign,everyone
    wasmoldedtothinkthesameway,actthesameandevenhavethesameracial
    background.Thosewhoweren't,werekilled,senttoconcentrationcampsordeported.
    Therealityofthispicturehashappenedandalsocontinuestohappen.

    Asfortherelevanceofourdayandage,thispicturedoesholdasignificant

    meaning.Asacultureweareluckytonotbelivingunderthetyrannyofadictatorwhois
    tellinguswhattobelieve,butwearelivingundertheinfluenceofourmachines.Our
    TVs,computers,phones,andtabletsareconstantlytellinguswhattobelieveandwhatis

    normal,rightandwrong.Infact,sincetheageoftechnology,teenagersarelesslikelyto
    talktotheirparents,makingthesecondlineofthisquotetruertheneverbefore.As
    technologycontinuestogrowandimprovethisquotecouldgetcloserandcloserto
    becomingcompletelyfulfilled.

    ItmaybethatastheyearsgoontheinformationontheInternetcouldbemore

    restricted.Astechnologyimproveshigherpowers,governmentalauthoritiesandeven
    corporateheadswilldiminishthefreedomoftheinformationfoundontheInternettothe
    contenttheywantthepublictohaveaccessto.Thisisobviouslyahypotheticaltheory,
    butasthecensingofinformationiscommonforanygovernmentthereispotentialtogo
    toextrememeasuresashashappenedbefore.Thissiftingwouldcreateagenerationwho
    hasbeenmolded,bredandformedintowhateverthe"we"want.Thewholeideaof
    learningmorefrommetalandplasticratherfromthanthewomenwhobirthedyouisa
    scarythoughtandalmostfeelsasifitisimpossibletooccur.However,asyoulookatthe
    pictureofthewoman,sheseemscapableofdoinganythingotherstellhertodo,asif
    otherscontrolherevermove.
    Toendwith,thetitleUntitled
    reallyspeakstoourgenerationandseemsto
    loudlyproclaimawarningofwhatwearesusceptibleto.Thewewouldwanta
    generationindistinguishablefromeachotherandnameless.Onethatwillhavebeen
    moldedbytheinformationtheirmachineshavebeenfeedingthem.Ifthiseverdid
    occurtotheextentthequoteistakingabout,thepeoplerunningitwouldntwantusto
    know,sothispicturewouldntevenbeallowedtobeenshown.Thisshouldbetakenasa

    greatwarningandshouldmakeuswanttochangeourbehaviorsandbecautiousabout
    whatweallowintoourheadsastruthandfacts.
