ORIENTATION

Start

All new students have access to the Course Website, TaskStream and Web Mail from three days before the earliest orien-
tation until the start of the term. After the term starts, only fully registered students may continue.

CONTINUING STUDENTS

Term 3 days Term

End Start

Continuing students have access between terms. Three days before the next term, they will see their new term and faculty
groups instead of their old.

RETURNING STUDENTS STOP-OUTS

Returning students have access three days before Stop-outs have access for 30 days after the term

Term 30 days 60 days 6 months indefinitely

End

After their fourth term ends, program completers have access to their regular groups on the Course Website for 30 days,
TaskStream for 60 days, CalStateTEACH email account (Web Mail) for 6 months, and the Alumni Center indefinitely.
