PRODUCT POSITIVE RELEASE FORM


The next step is to have lot/batch Managment and have a product release document that is signed off by the production supervisor and quality officer that
validates the produce in the lot is conforming to the instructions and product specifications ( stage 2-3 etc).
The expectation is that once the release document is signed off by both parties, then the goods are now deemed sale able and can be released to
commercial.

The Production Supervisor in accordance with the Quality Officer should verify that all QC / QA records relating to the
batch run are verified as completed and validated against the specifications for pineapples prior to the batch being
released for dispatch.
Do you have any in process / end of line quality and safety checks of the products?
