EXTENSION OF COVERAGE OF
MEMBERS ENROLLED BY THE NATIONAL
GOVERNMENT UNDER THE INDIGENT
PROGRAM
The validity date of all PhilHealth Number Cards (PNCs) for Indigent Program
(Sponsored Program-NHTS) members as provided for in PhilHealth Circular No.
035, s. 2012, which expired on December 31, 2013 is hereby extended to December
31, 2014.
Updated Member Data Records (MDRs) reflecting the CY 2014 effectivity date
shall be provided to all Indigent Program members through their concerned Local
Government Unit, Department of Health- Center for Health Development, or
through PhilHealth during activities specifically designed for the purpose.

All Indigent Program members and their qualified dependents shall continuously
be entitled to the Primary Care Benefit Package, Inpatient and Outpatient Care
services, and the No Balance Billing Policy privilege for confinements due to medical
conditions and surgical procedures under the case rate system.
