Report to Head of Central Planning Department and work as part of the Project

Management Team in the planning, monitoring, project control, reporting and ensure that
milestones are met during the execution of the project.

Duties:

Review and define "Work Break Down Structure" (WBS) according to project contractual
obligation or work scope
Establish and develop project Master Construction Schedule (MCS) , Engineering Plan
Progress Schedule (PPS), Procurement Schedule (PS), manpower histogram, analyse
the critical Path and highlights to the project team
Generate Plan vs. Actual Progress reports, S-curves, Manpower Histograms and
Productivity Reports
Review and highlight periodical progress reports to HOD as per project and Productivitiy
reports.
Attend meetings, coordinate and establish good relationships with clients and other
Departments
Any other tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
Jobholder Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or its Equivalent

Minimum 1 year of experience in work related to similar industries such as the O&G
Good interpersonal relations and communcation skills
Good team player
Possess initiative and able to work independently
Strong analytical and technical skills
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
