EMAIL OF COMPLAINT
Dear Sir Smith
Im writing to complain about a backpack that i bought last week, the backpack is
beautiful but I have a big problem, it has a hole on the bottom and that is
unacceptable because I paid a lot of money for it.
When the backpack arrived to my house I wrote an email immediately to the
company and I waited for their answer like a day, then I decided to send another
email but I had not answer. I ve been sending emails after that day and Im still
waiting for the answer. Thats not fair.
So, thats the reason for Im writing this email to you, I need you to make them
know that I need another backpack or if you dont have any else in stock, I need my
money back. Please I need your help.
