Tenant hereby will pay the renting fee of a total

month. The owner will have a RM350.00 as a
deposit of electricity
and water supply. The kinds of the usage of the room
will be in
educating only. For the tenant mentioned above, the
validation of
this agreement is from 1 January 2009 to 31
December
2009.

The owner will reserve the authority to change this

agreement
under the consent of tenant.
