Allowed me to look at my district
through the four frames. I became
knowledgeable of the frames and
how they align together to tackle
issues.
Together with my cohort we each
tackled various chapters. I focused
on the importance of overcommunicating clarity. This
techniques mean to say things as
much as possible to the people
involved. Do not assume that
everyone understands the first
message.
Job embedded professional
development is meaningful learning.
It is a form of coaching with instant
feedback and time for discussion.
Why look for outside sources to
teach PD it is time to start pulling
from within and allowing PD to
occur at any time on any day!
