However, in response, information from Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (HPCL) only has been received. Details furnished only l indicate that no serious effort has been made for rectification of the deficiencies. ; 4, Representative from oil companies expressed difficulties about tight time limits, payment of penalties as precondition for acceptance of proposal ete. They also suggested modifications in the norms and increased license validity for 15 years. _ 5. ADG(MK) clarified that the meeting has been called to review compliance to the directions given. Compliance is extremely poor. Policy issues such as modification to the resent guidelines can be considered separately for which Oil company may forward comprehensive proposal through Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas. i 6. After detailed deliberations, following decisions weretaken:- ( Oil companies will submit the consolidated data of retail outlets not confirining to Ministry’s norm along with the action taken for rectification of the same on all India basis. (ji) Detailed road map for removal of deficiencies on all India basis for retail outlets not ~~ complying with the guidelines _ | (jii)Comprehensive proposal for modification of policy guideline/procedures. 7.
