Proposal to make various repairs to exterior:

HB Southern Builders LLC will replace gutter downspout, rotted brick mold, trim and siding necessary eliminate water
intrusion at unit 903. All new wood will be caulked primed and painted to match existing colors.

Replace gutter downspout and elbow. Match to existing color 20 LF
R&R rotted 2x2 brick mold. 6 LF
R&R rotted 1x6 trim 8 LF
R&R rotted siding 0.5 SHT
Caulk prime and paint to match existing all replaced wood. 1 EA
