Part I: Present Job Description: Dr. T is responsible for working one-on-one with a student in
the morning and assists in an upper elementary classroom in the afternoon servicing a variety of
needs. Dr. T is also responsible for meeting students at the bus, transitioning and supervising
students to and from outside recess/lunch times. Dr. T also assists students with daily routines
such as getting students ready for outside, using the stairs, and frequent breaks when needed as
supported by the childs individualized plan. With the direction of the classroom teacher Dr. T is
also responsible for implementing individualized programming and supporting individualized
behavior programs in the two primary classes he is in.

enjoys coming up with new activities in order to adapt the materials planned by the teacher to
achieve specific outcomes like learning phone numbers (i.e.: using a real telephone to practice
these skills. He always shares his ideas for specific skills with the classroom teacher before
implementing his ideas.
