CRME CAKE

Custard Filling:
2 tablespoons flour
cup milk
cup sugar
cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
Heat flour and milk together in a saucepan, stirring constantly until
thickened.
Add sugar, butter and vanilla. When thoroughly mixed and smooth, pour
into a small bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Cake:
Prepare 1 package of yellow cake mix (directions on back of box) and bake in
two round cake pans.
Frosting:
Mix together until a creamy texture:
1 cup butter or margarine (softened to room temperature)
3 cups of powdered confectioners sugar
cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 tablespoons milk
Take one of the cake layers and place it upside down on a plate. Spread out
custard filling. Place second cake layer on top and frost the sides and top.
