What are your daycare hours?

At a minimum our hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm. However, we are able to adjust the schedule/hours to meet
the needs of both caregivers and residents (remember this will be your home, too). We also offer drop-in care on
weekends by appointment only.
What is the cost?
Our private fee varies by level of care and other factors. We accept Medicaid, Long-Term Care Insurance, Veterans
Administration as well as various county and state programs. In most cases the cost of our service qualifies as a taxdeductible medical expense. Please consult your tax advisor in regard to your personal situation.
Can you provide or arrange transportation?
Yes, we are licensed to transport residents. We also transport residents to appointments, such as doctor visits, at no
additional cost. Family members can transport their loved ones if they so desire. Otherwise, we are able to provide
transportation or coordinate transportation with the contracted transportation provider of the county in which you reside.

What if my loved one is unsure about coming?

Remind them that this is not like a normal facility where they have to follow set rules. This is a home away from their home,
and they are welcome to make themselves at home here. We have trained staff who deal with these situations every day.
We suggest you bring them by to see for themselves and spend an hour or two before you make any commitment. Your
loved one will be able to tour the facility, meet the staff, and see for themselves if this is a good fit. We want them to be part
of the process.
What if my loved one has dementia, is in a wheelchair, or has incontinence?
We welcome residents with a variety of physical and mental impairments. We are equipped with staff who are trained to
assist your loved one with daily living activities. We have handicap accessible ramps.
How do I get my loved one started?
It is an easy process! Any of our representatives can meet with you to discuss the details.
